A few things you should know
Great location close to attractions! the breakfast was a delicious highlight of my stay with a variety of options.
The room's water pressure fluctuated, making showering a bit tricky sometimes. nearby nightclubs had disruptive noise until midnight.

The staff were outright rude about our guest. They charged excessively for an additional person despite our room accommodating four. I was shocked when they came to our room late at night, escorting my friend out, which felt inappropriate.

Exceptional hospitality and a fantastic breakfast!
During my two-night stay, I was really impressed by how proactive the staff were, especially in helping us arrange transport and activities. We enjoyed a stunning view from our Deluxe Double Room with River View, and I can't recommend the rooftop restaurant enough—it served the best breakfast we had in Vietnam! I wish the spa services were more accessible since they seemed to be closed during our visit.

I had a lovely 2-night stay in the Deluxe Double with City View. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered excellent advice for local tours! Plus, the breakfast buffet was definitely the best I've had in Vietnam, with so many tasty options!
